For me rent shop was great ! We ordered bikes for 2 days .Everything was great - good quality electric bikes .
Terrible customer service!I rented two bikes for my wife and I. After the first full day of riding the bikes, one of the seats break. I decided to call the store to report this in order to avoid being charged for it. I was unable to bring the bike into the store the next day, as I was out on a cruise, but was returning the bikes the next day anyway. I bring the bikes back and as soon as the store owner sees the broken seat he says "I must charge you for this." At first I calmly tried to explain that the seat was already half-broken as it came off very quickly into riding the bike. But the guy stubbornly refuses to accept that he gave us a broken bike, claiming that all the bikes they rent out are in good condition. He then says, "You should have called." to which I explained that I did (this was the third time I had said this by this point). So he calls his colleague who I spoke to and it's clear that he is arguing with her about charging us.He then hangs up the phone and says, "Yes you called, but I must still charge you, this is normal." Then hands me my deposit back, keeping 10 for himself.I must say that this guy does not reflect the entirety of my customer experience, as the other store colleagues were very pleasant. If you decide to rent a bike from this store, make sure to ask for Heidi, as she'll actually treat you with good customer service.

S pjenm kola jsme byli velice spokojen. Obsluha mil a mluv anglicky a myslm si, e i turisti, kte anglicky neum by nemli dn problm. Jen pedlote pas nebo obanku a eknete jmno hotelu. Zaplatte 50 euro jako depozit ( to vm pi nvratu kola vrt) a vyberete si kolo. My mli obyejn za 8 euro na 24 hodin. Nabzej tam vak i lep kola ale ty u jsou za 15-25 euro na den. Ke kolu vm zadarmo daj i zmek s klem nebo i helmu, coz je super. Objeli jsme si tak ple na ob strany, a kolo jsme vdy zamkli na parkoviti a li se koupat na pl. Z Quarteira vede perfektn cyklostezka do Vilamoura a je mon jet i dle. My to vzali kousek i pes pl
Had my puncture fixed and my bike serviced and cleaned by the lovely hector. Excellent service. Highly recommend
